Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is traditionally held on the 30^th December.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions we will be unable to hold an “in person” AGM on this day.

We are allowed to have the AGM 15 months after the previous AGM.

In the hope that we may be able to have an “in person” AGM before 30^th March 2021 we propose to open and adjourn the AGM by zoom on 30^th December at 11:00 am

There will only be one item on the agenda for this meeting – the adjournment of the meeting.
